Fleurs Intimes

Flowers are a great source of inspiration. I live in a beautiful place, surrounded by plants, wild and domesticated, and I never tire of their beauty, their complexity and apparent simplicity, their colours, their intricate design and structure. Even in death their beauty continues in other shapes and forms. It has given life to a huge body of work, in which I have used various techniques such as multiple exposure and ICM (all shots are created in camera) to create the sense of a fourth dimension, a sense of depth that gives each image a unique life of its own, in which the viewer can perceive a more intimate insight into the beauty of each plant.
